PHARMACO-TOXICOLOGICAL PROPERTIES UNDER THE CODE NAME "MIORELAKSANTA M3" FOR CERTAIN ANIMAL SPECIES

Abstract: According to the existing requirements of each chemical compound must receive this toxicological assessment. Use as tools for depoliarizuth miorelaksantov slaughtered animals is topical. In high doses, these tools are used as mass slaughtering sick animals, bloodless in the practice of prevention or elimination of Epizooties. Our country has long been used for immobilization of productive and ditilin other animal species, but now its use is difficult because of the complexity of purchasing and production. In addition it has some side effects: small latitude mioparaliticeskogo actions limited solubility in water and freezing temperatures. In this regard, state organization "FCTRB-VNIVI" new muscle relaxant was synthesized by the same group-"M3" as more tech, cheap and stable analogue of ditilina. Aim of our study was to determine its toxicity by sheep and rabbits, as well as determine its irritating effect and storage stability.

Abstract: The article privides a novel methodology of rabbit hyperimmunization by botulism agent to produce polysera, botulinic anatoxin and antigens for rapid detection of a toxix and botulinic agent in the environment and pathologic materials. The experiments envolved three groups of rabbits to determine immunization method, dosage, and site of introduction of cultural native mixture. The most promising for polyvalent sera production is using alive agents culture than inactivated forms.

USAGE OF PROBIOTIC «SPAS» AT THE SUB-CHRONIC T-2 MYCOTOXICATION OF BROILER CHICKEN

Abstract: Poultry dominates in the production and consumption of meat products. An infectious agent, poor zoohygienic standards of management and birds feeding and mycotoxin contamination of fodder suppress the genetic potential of bird’s organism. It is known that lack of quality fodder and susceptibility to mycotoxins are solved by preventive approaches of probiotics usage.
In this paper, we have compared and studied the effect of probiotic "Spas" on the broiler chickens of the experimental group by sub-chronic mycotoxication of T-2 toxin. We have obtained live weight gain, increasing the number of erythrocytes and leukocytes in the blood, increasing hemoglobin and decreasing erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the experimental group. These data indicate that probiotics have a positive effect on the physiological state of the investigated broiler chickens.

APPLICATION OF ANTIOXIDANTS FOR TREATMENT OF ACUTE POISONINGS TETRAMETHYLTHIURAMDISULFIDE (TMTD)

Abstract: Authors conducted researches on possibility study of treatment acute poisonings of laboratory animals by the carbamate pesticide ÒÌÒÄ using antioxidants.
In the experience on 72 white rats defined efficiency of some antioxidant drugs applied in medical and veterinary practice for treatment intoxications by substances of neurotoxic action. Animals of the first group set pesticide ÒÌÒÄ in dose LD50 without treatment, animals of the second, third and fourth groups also entered pesticide ÒÌÒÄ in dose LD50 with the treatment by various antioxidant drugs: Mexidol, Mexiprim and Mexidol-Vet, in a dose of 15 mg/kg intramusculary within 5 days. To the fifth group of animals (control) set a normal saline solution in similar volume. Later 4 and 10 days rats had been euthanizied with carrying out of hematologic blood studies by which results judged efficiency of application of these drug substances.
Established that antioxidant drugs, have an expressed antihypoxemic, membrane-protector and anticonvulsant action. Clinical features of acute intoxication in the form of total absence of orexia, general suppression, reduction the movement activity, tremor, ataxy and paresis of extremities under the influence of antioxidants disappeared within 12-48 hours. The analysis of hematologic data in group of animals which were not treatment has taped depression of level of erythrocytes on 21 %, hemoglobin on 45 % and globular value on 30 % in comparison with control. At experimental animal other groups these indicators were absent, or had no authentically significant differences from norm. On the basis of undertake a studies it has been established that treatment by drugs of Mexidol, Mexiprim and Mexidol-Vet, increased the resistance of organism, membrane structures of blood cells (erythrocytes) at hemolysis, normalization clinical state and hematological status of animals for 4 days after acute poisoning.

ROLE OF LACTOBACILLI USED AS THE BASIS OF THE PROBIOTIC «SPAS» IN MIKOTOKSIKOSIS PREVENTION

Abstract: The majority of the microorganisms which are a part of probiotics possess evolutionary determined ability biotransformed toxic substances, transforming them to less dangerous connections, and to connect toxins the cellular wall, reducing negative load of an organism as a whole.
The role of Lactobacillus plantarum which are a part of a probiotic Saviour at aflatoxicosis of pigs on hematologic, biochemical indicators, intestines microbiocenosis is studied. It is established that the maintenance of erythrocytes, leukocytes, hemoglobin and the general protein at animals of skilled group, increased on the average on 9,2; 11,1; 7 and 13,6% in comparison with control. By the end of experience the tendency to decrease in activity of intracellular enzymes was observed: aspartate aminotransferase, alaninaminotranspherase and alkaline phosphatase at the pigs receiving of a probiotics Spas on 25,5; 15,7 and 11,6%, respectively. Fagotsitarny activity of neutrophils, fagotsitarny index and activity ëèçîöèìà blood increased after Spas application on 30 days of research on 8,5; 3,7 and 9,5%. Probiotic Lactobacillus plantarum Spas have positive effect on restoration intestines normoflor at aflatoxicosis pigs: authentically concentration of lactobacilli - increased by 46,6% (P<0,01), bifidobakteriya – for 49,3% (P<0,01), in comparison with indicators of group of control, and also decreased total ñòàôèëîêîêêîâ – by 43%, salmonellas – for 25,4%, drozhzhepodobny mushrooms of the sort Candida – for 15,6% (P<0,05).
Thus, positive influence of Lactobacillus plantarum on exchange processes, the general resistance of an organism and a microbic landscape of the intestines, broken is established at mycotoxicosis.

FEATURES OF FORMATION OF IMMUNITY AT VACCINATION OF PIGS AGAINST SALMONELLOSIS AND CLASSICAL PLAGUE OF PIGS

Abstract: On development of intense immunity at animals the great influence renders a condition of immune system of an organism. Against an immunodeficiency there is a formation of short immunity at a low level, especially at young growth. In this regard influence of new immunopreparations on development of antibodies at vaccination of pigs against salmonellosis and classical plague of pigs is studied. Immunization of pigs carried out at simultaneous introduction to skilled groups of a vaccine and immunopreparations PS-3 and PS-4. After repeated vaccination (revaccination) studied accumulation of specific antibodies. It is revealed that in all terms of research a caption of specific salmonellezny agglutinins in serum of blood of pigs of skilled groups was higher in 10 days after the second vaccination on 1,9 and 2,0 times (P<0,001), in 30 days – on 1,66 times (Ð<0,001) in comparison with control group. Average òèòð antibodies to a virus KChS for the 15 days after a revaccination in skilled groups exceeded control indicators for 56,72 and 60,81 % (P<0,001), and for the 30 days - 60,22 and 62,5 % (P<0,001). A low caption of antibodies at pigs of control group is thus noted. Thus, it is established that use of immunopreparations PS-3 and PS-4 together with vaccines promotes development of higher caption of antibodies against salmonellosis and classical plague of pigs.

We have improved the preparation of samples of different objects for displaying anthrax bacilli molecular genetic methods.
The test system for the detection of Bacillus anthracis has been carefully created by our two pairs of primers c their respective probes: Pag gene (M 22589) (sites of plasmid genes rH01), Cap gene (M 24150) (sites of plasmid genes rH02).
With the established calibration curve appeared possible in principle to a quantitative indication of anthrax. The sensitivity of our method varies from 0.1-10 MK (spores).
Set up multiplex PCA test system suitable for identification Bacillus anthracis in real-time mode and quantitative determination pathogen in object sanitary- epidemiological oversight.

THE IMMUNE REACTIONS IN COWS ON INTRODUCING SPECIFIC IMMUNOMODULATOR KIM-M2

Abstract: The aim of the present work it was to study the effectiveness of immune responses in cattle vaccinated with a specific immunomodulator KIM-M2 in antituberculosis protection. To this end, by monitoring the trial of the drug, including the definition of a number of peripheral blood immune cells, the functional activity of neutrophils, the concentration of immune complexes in serum and its relationship discrete dynamic analysis.
It was found that immunization with a specific immunomodulator increases the antituberculosis resistance of animals. Moreover, an increased number of immune cells (especially T-lymphocytes and T-antigen-reactive lymphocytes (P <0.001)), we observed at 6 months. after introduction to cattle, at the same time, the functional activity of neutrophils was significantly increased in all periods of the study (P <0.001). The increase in the number of immune cells, with the exception of T-antigen-reactive lymphocytes, stops and begins to decline in only 12 months.
There was showed the decrease number of correlations and animals with functional stress within 6 months after the injection study of the immune status of cows with discrete dynamic analysis. There was noted reducing antituberculosis resistance at 12 months after the introduction of a specific immunomodulator, and as a result (the same amount as before the introduction of the drug) revealed functional stress the immune system at 40 % of animals.
Thus, these results suggest that the use of a specific immunomodulator KIM-M2 cows maybe 1 time a year after the study PPD tuberculin skin test.

Abstract: As a result of an expedition to the South-Kazakhstan region we collect 488 samples from schlep and goats, and 32 samples from cattle on Sozak region. In addition, blood samples from were collected from a cattle in Zhambyl region in the following areas: in  Zhambyl (1588), in Baizak (370) and in Taras  101 selected sample. When collecting samples of biological material have paid more attention to the Zhambyl region, as fixed dysfunctional brucellosis zone. Almaty oblast collected 1502 samples from cattle. All samples were investigated by the RBT, AR, CFT and ELISA
Results confirm the spread brucellosis in general farm animals in the southern regions of Kazakhstan. Typing of Bruccella isolates, performed FAO/WHO shame would determine that epizootic isolates from sheep and goats  belonging to within the of áðóöåëë, executed within the framework of ÂÎÇ of chart rerecommended ÔÀÎ/allowed to farmers are Zhambyl bacterium Â. melitensis 1 biopitch, and culture test epizootic isolates from cattle of parmateriala  feedback from a.s. Karaturuk enbekshikazakh district of Almaty region are Brucella species B.abortus biovar 3.

Abstract: Processing solution farmazina eggs before incubation by direct temperature difference yielded young free agent respiratory mycoplasmosis and improve hatchability of eggs and chicks. Use for treatment of roosters farmazina and tiamulin for respiratory mycoplasmosis promoted elimination of the pathogen within the first 14 days of their application. Drugs do not have a negative impact on the quality of sperm cocks, fertility and hatchability of eggs. Application farmazina, tiamulin and enrofloxacin laying hens reduced the level of mycoplasma infection by 83% and 67%, respectively. The best results of treatment of broiler chickens with respiratory mycoplasmosis associated with escherichiosis obtained after ciprofloxacin and probiotics "Astra-2". Immunological tests SKRA and ELISA are estimates for determining the effectiveness of prevention and treatment schemes. Bacteriological method using elective culture media reveals residual mikoplazmonositelstvo birds and make adjustments to the scheme of prevention and treatment and to monitor their effectiveness.

COMPARATIVE TESTS OF ELISA TEST SYSTEMS FOR THE DETECTION OF ANTIBODIES TO THE GEESE ENTERITIS VIRUS IN ONE DILUTION

Abstract: The aim of our study was to develop ELISA kit-system for serological diagnosis of the disease, to develop the assay conditions, as well as to conduct its comparative study with the neutralization test. As an antigen to immobilize the tablets we used Ukrainian vaccine geese enteritis virus strain BBS-99, purified and concentrated by ultracentrifugation through a sucrose density gradient-CsCl in our modification. To determine the optimal working dilution of investigated sera by indirect ELISA it was examined 152 samples with different levels of antibodies to the geese enteritis virus and found that the dilution of 1:200 is optimal. By experimental studies we have determined the optimal values of the positive (optical density of at least 0.7) and negative (optical density not greater than 0.19) of control sera. According to the results of testing and comparative studies it was established that the kit-system for the detection of antibodies to viral enteritis in the geese blood serum by ELISA in one dilution is a highly sensitive, allows to conduct serological diagnosis, the results are comparable to neutralization test results.

Abstract: To address this goal, we have developed a method for determining the postnatal stress sheep and device for its implementation.Our modification of the device used to evaluate stressuvstvitelnosti ewes and their offspring in the postnatal period, during postnatal ontogenesis.
Stresschuvstvitelnost ewes and lambs in the early postnatal period is determined using the adrenaline test. Adrenaline test is performed with peripheral blood, then mix it with a 0.1% solution of epinephrine hydrochloride and is brought to the entrance of the isotonic concentration apparatus Panchenkov our modification and subject to sedimentation rate during the day in the experimental and control samples, and accounting difference in 10mm and above states sensitivity placental ruminants in the postpartum period to various stressors.

Abstract: Within the framework of the implementation of the priority national project «Development of the agricultural sector» especially to attend to the necessity of attracting investments to the reconstruction and expansion of the base of high-tech and economically secure livestock production with efficient production of high-quality domestic food.
The objective is to assess the corrective effect of biopreparations «Sedimin-Se+» and «Kombiolax» on clinical and physiological condition, the growth of the body and the quality of the meat of bulls in different periods of postnatal ontogenesis.
A series of scientific and laboratory experiments is carried out. The first group of animals (the control) contained on the main diet (MD). The bull-calfs of 2 groups on the background of the MD daily fed «Kombiolax» in a dose of 1 ml/kg of body weight in every period of 20 days with a 10-day intervals of up to 360 days old. The 3 group of animals in the 1st, 25th and 50th day of their life intramuscularly injected organic antioxidant «Sedimin-Se+», in the dose of 0.1 mg/kg of body weight and additionally fed to «Kombiolax» according to the above scheme. In 5 of animals from each group on the 1-, 30-, 60-, 90-, 120-, 180-, 360 - and 540-th day of life studied clinical and physiological condition and growth of the body. We have determined organoleptic and biochemical indicators of meat, as well as the contents of the heavy metals with decapitate bull-calfs in 30th, 120 th, 540th of the day age.
Set the stimulating effect of «Sedimin-Se+» and «Kombiolax» on clinical and physiological status, body weight, and its average daily weight gain of the bull-calfs. And stimulating growth effect of combined destination studied biopreparations was more significant than in the application of only «Kombiolax».
Experimentally proven physiological expediency of a combined prescribing to bull-calfs of immunocorrectors «Sedimin-Se+» and «Kombiolax» and indifference studied biogenic preparations to organoleptic, physical and chemical and spectrometric parameters of meat.

Abstract: In the SEC "Victory" Eravninskogo district of the Buryat Republic carry out researches biological potential stomach of a horses. In recent years requirements to a technique of research of sekretorno-motor function of a stomach and intestines of animals considerably raised. Development of electronics promoted creation of physiologically reasonable technique of an elektrogastrografiya.
According to Krinitsin, B.M.Anokhin, A.N.Trusova, Pyanov's conclusion, the electric phenomena proceeding in a gastroenteric path of animals objectively reflect a functional condition of digestive system in norm and pathology.
Thus, from a set of methods of studying of a gastroenteric path applied in clinical conditions, we have no any method which would allow to receive complete idea of sekretorno-motor function, of their relationship during digestive process.

Abstract: Lactation malfunctions are a limiting factor in pig reproduction. A significant losses of newborn piglets are observed due to hypo- and agalactia in sows. Subclinical mastitis is one among reasons of agalactia in sows. In sows its identified during parturition and within first hours after farrowInvestigations of morphological status of sows mammary gland during pregnancy and revelation of its structural changes typical for subclinical mastits are realized. Samples of 19 sows mammary gland tissues euthanased at 19-23, 35-48, 57, 65-76, 88-91, 101-105, 110, 114 days of gestation and 2 hours after farrow were subjects of our study. Sample were developed by conventional methods. Histological specimens were evaluated by a 7-power microscope with 10x, 40x and 90x eye-glasses.
It is established that in mammary gland of sows during first 1.5 months of gestation processes of tissue dystrophy, dissolution and resorption are dominant. From the end of second month of gestation till the parturition occurs formation of new glandular tissue of mammary gland. Regions of mammary gland with patterns typical for subclinical mastitis could uncovered since 88-91 days of gestation, growing progressively worse till parturition.

Abstract: A new design of a universal generator SAG-2M has been developed to generate aerosols of disinfecting and/or chemotherapeutic preparations. The device can operate through compressed air or tap water mains, and generates directed volumetric aerosols. The dispersion and consumption rates are adjustable. The high efficacy of the generated aerosols of disinfecting and/or therapeutic chemicals used to prevent animal infections was confirmed both in laboratory and field conditions. The technical opportunities of the aerosol generator SAG-2M provide an extended range of its application in various branches of animal husbandry, including poultry farming.

Abstract: The use of drugs in the diet "Kuksavit Biotin 2%", "Purivetin" and protein-vitamin-mineral concentrate with fructose led to an increase of average daily gain of young pigs to fatten 4,0-12,7% compared with the control. While they have on average increased carcass meat yield of 1.2%, in the proportion of carcass muscle increased by 1.2% and decreased the amount of body fat by 0.2%, and bone at 1.1%. In the long back muscles had a tendency to increase the proportion of the mass of the protein.

Abstract: New technology - made antiradiation diagnosticum due to its higher activity and specifity is indicated to be useful for radiation and toxic antigens in animal blood serum, for in-vivo diagnosis and radiation sickness-termination prediction, as well as for indication the immunological toxic complexes, i.e. for carrying out the radioecological monitoring the objects of veterinary control. ELISA allows to indicate the radiated animals as early as at 1-3 days after exposure to radiation.
