Abstract: Pollutant impact for fishery water bodies by the aerogenic way is observed on the example of the Leningrad region. By the result of investigation the metal content in precipitation (rain and snow) was higher than in water from water bodies. Abstract: The results of certain toxic, embryotoxic and teratogenic properties of zeolitecontaining bergmeal pure and mixed with feed sulfur, as well as in combination with methionine in laboratory animals is shown in the work. In the study of acute and chronic zeolitecontaining bergmeal and its mixture with methionine in the experience of the death of white rats was not established, the general condition of the animals to quickly restores the physiological norm, and they do not differ from the control group. In the study of local irritating properties in rabbits it was indicated that the zeolitecontaining bergmeal mixed with methionine no significant morphological and functional changes and disorders of the skin, sclera. Swelling of the mucous membrane and eye discharge were observed. In the study of embryotoxic and teratogenic potential of the drug in the external examination of differences between fruit experimental and control groups were observed. In the internal organs of fruits pathological changes were not detected. It was found that the studied drugs are less toxic, do not have embryotoxic and teratogenic properties.

Abstract: In work results of antioxidant mexidol and enterosorbent charcoal using for the treatment of acute T-2 mycotoxicosis. For this purpose clinical, haematological and biochemical investigations conducted. Established that application of charcoal, mexidol and within three hours of receiving the T-2 toxin in the body led to the survival of 75-81,2% of the animals at the death of 56.3% in the control group. Thus, clinical, hematological and biochemical studies indicate the effectiveness of use, as a means of treatment of acute T-2 mycotoxicosis, mexidol and charcoal BAU-A, especially in an hour after ingestion.

Abstract: Calculation of technological operations is one of the obligatory stages of development of technological regulations, ensure the reproducibility and stability of production process as a whole and its separate operations. Calculation serves as a source of information for the evaluation of economic efficiency of the technology used. Analysis of the technological line allows you to build a model of a business process, the production of probiotic, produced by the enterprise, and reduce production loss without interfering in the specifics of the process. Technological calculations necessary in improving the production process as well as during the transition to the new technology, reconstruction, changing the targets to produce vaccines, biological preparations, changes in the quality of raw materials. All the indicators of technological process are closely related, and changing one changes the other. Only properly designed process will provide the expected quantity of the finished product.

Abstract: Types of microbes and concentrations of suspensions test-culture, growth phase of test-culture and incubation time of samples have a big impact on the value of bactericidal activity. The effect of the above factors on the value of bactericidal activity of saliva is unexplored.
According to our data increasing the concentration of test-germs of E. coli and M.lysodeikticus introduced into the sample to 150 millions bact. cells reduced the value of bactericidal activity of saliva and serum. Increasing of incubation time of samples from 3 to 5 h lead to the raise of the value of bactericidal activity of saliva and serum when using E.coli and to the drop in its value when using M.lysodeikticus. Wnen introducing into the sample to 5 millions bact. cells of B subtilis the value of bactericidal activity of saliva and serum was 100 % herewith the growth of the optical density into the check samples practically not observed. Wnen introducing into the sample to 150 millions bact. cells of B subtilis with increasing of incubation time of samples the value of bactericidal activity of saliva grew, serum – decreased.

CLEARING OF THE PREPARATION OF ANTIGENE CULTURAL VIRUS OF THE EQUINE INFECTIOUS ANEMIA (EIA)

Abstract: Researches on  concentration and antigene clearing cultural   virus EIA are conducted. Ñoncentration a virus spent an ultrafiltration method through filters of membrane, clearing - a method a chromatography on ÄÝÀÝ-Toyopearl HW-60 («Toyo», Japan). Virus EIA  has been concentrated in 40 times, thus the preparation on fiber has been cleared on the average on 87%, and activity an antigene in RDP and ELISA increased to values 1:8 - 1:16 and 1:256 - 1:512, accordingly. The clearing method a chromatography through DEAE - Toyopearl HW - 60 is effective and allows to receive the homogeneous preparation of a virus antigene cleared on 99,85 % with high activity and specificity in RDP and ELISA: 1:64 - 1:128 and 1:1024 - 1:2048, accordingly. The cleared preparation of an antigene used for «Sets for indication of antibodies or an antigene of virus EIA methods ELISA».

FEATURES OF THE MANIFESTATION AND TERRITORIAL DATING OF THE RABIES IN THE REPUBLIC OF TATARSTAN

Abstract: The fight against rabies is complicated as a result of broad circulation of the virus in environment that keeps continuous threat for mankind in many parts of the world. Strengthening of the spread extent of this disease is a result of existence of infection localization and increase in a population density of wild animals. In this study results of an epizootic situation and feature of manifestation of rabies analysis in the Republic of Tatarstan for 1970 – 2011, the incidence of various animal species are presented. A territorial dating map of cases of a rabies infection in a section of municipal areas of the Republic which needs to be considered when organising and carrying out a complex of antiepizootic measures is developed. As a purpose to get the epizootological and statistical information in RT the reporting data of Veterinary Head Department of RT and program documentation on fight and eradication of rabies in animals were analysed. Immunologic monitoring carried using rabies diagnostic kits: Fluorescent Antirabic Globulin kit for detection of rabies virus antigen, ELISA kit for the laboratory diagnostics of rabies in animals. For the indicated period of study it is revealed that 97,7% of infected wild animals were foxes. It determines them as a main source in the spread of rabies in RT. The disease is characterized by 3-5 years frequency, seasonality of manifestation, a territorial dating of rabies infection spread in RT. Our investigations revealed the stationary epizootological zones, and the epizootic map is developed where division of affected areas of the Republic into 4 groups by quantity of cases of all animal species on 1000 sq.km was made. The important factors during developing and carrying out a complex of antiepizootic measures are knowledge of a territorial dating of cases of rabies in animals and the feature of its manifestation.

Abstract: Highly pathogenic avian influenza – emergent infection of agricultural and wild birds, attended by enormous economic losses, is widespread in Eurasia in the last ten years. This problem was actual for Ukraine in 2005-2006. The strain of highly pathogenic avian influenza A/chicken/Sivash/02/05 (Influenza A virus/Ch/Sivash/02/2005/H5N1) was isolated and characterized. On the basis of the polymerase chain reaction and sequencing studies of the haemagglutinin gene sequences in the cutting site and neuraminidase of this strain set it belongs to a group of highly pathogenic strains. Phylogenetic analyzes of the virus compared with the sequences of HA-NA-gene and influenza virus isolated in Russia, Mongolia, China and other Eurasian countries. The results of these studies point to the possible origin of the strain from the Russian Federation.

Abstract: Biological compatibility of steel implants with titan and hafnium nitride nanocoating and influence upon the ajacent tissues has been investigated. In experiment 30 rabbits were used, subjected to open osteotomy  of shin bones  with immediate intramedullar fixation of tibia fractures. For monitoring the regenerative processes in osseous and periosteal tissues radiation methods were used, such as X-radiography and  computer tomography. The researches allowed to define stages of forming osseous regenerate. An algorithm for  quantitative and  qualitative assessment of tissue in the injured zone is offered. Experimental researches in rabbits have shown that the use of implants coated with  titan and hafnium nitrides causes less pronounced reactive changes in osseous tissues characterised by shorter duration. The regenerate is distinguished by smaller sizes and increased density.

FUNCTIONAL-METABOLIC CHANGES IN THE BODY OF THE FETUS DURING DELIVERY

Abstract: Knowledge of laws of age physiology is the basis for the study of diseases of the calves and the improvement of technologies. The most difficult period of ontogeny - is the birth. Researches on study of functional and metabolic changes in a fruit organism are carried out, during movement on patrimonial ways of a cow. Experiments were conducted on 30 healthy pregnant cows. At the beginning and end of the second stage of labor, fetal blood was collected for analysis of oxygen and acid-base balance. Studied the mobility of the fetus, its tactile and pain sensitivity. The whole birth process lasted 14,5 ± 4,25 (9,5-24) hours. The duration of the first period to an average of 8,0 ± 2,25 hours, the second - 0,79 ± 0,33 hours and third - 5,7 ± 2,50 hours. It is shown that at the time of birth there is a material change the acid-alkaline balance, blood gases and somatic sensor systems. During the first stage of labor increases motor activity of the fetus and the excitability of somatosensory system. In the second stage of labor decreases tactile sensitivity and decreased physical activity. Fetus does not respond to an injection needle, but in response to pressure on the eyeball and touching the cornea was a reduction of the eye muscles. At the beginning of the second period, there is a metabolic acidosis, but the oxygen supply of the fetus is not broken. At the final stage of the second stage of labor occurs hypoxemia and mixed acidosis. Compensation acidosis occurs mainly through the bicarbonate buffer system, which is activated during the second stage of labor.One of the causes of metabolic processes in newborns is a fetal hemodynamic changes occurring during its movement through the birth canal of the mother.

PRODUCTIVE ACTION DIFFERENT LEVELS OF FAT IN HEIFERS RATIONS

Abstract: Increasing the fat level in the heifers rations from 3,5 to 4,5% of dry matter provided a greater increase in their body weight and they excelled in this indicator of their peers from groups 1 and 3 for the entire experience. As a result of weight gain for the entire period in heifers 2 group was higher by 28,9 kg, or 18,8 %, compared with counterparts 1 group. Fat level of 5,4 % is less than the positive effect on the change in body weight, than the level of 4,5%. Heifers 2 group showed a significant increase in average daily rate, on average, for the entire period of experiment, by 18,8%. Level of fat in the rations of 5,4% is also ensured that the higher daily gains, relative to 1 heifers group, but much less so.
Marked advantage of heifers 2 on live weight was reflected in the performance of most major measurements. By the end of the experience they are having a larger living a mass, had the best breast development and the control group exceeded peers in height at the withers and some indices. Heifers 2 group characterized not coarse, compact build. When the level of fat in the diet to 5,4 %, the animals had a trickle superiority in size measurements.
The growth and development of animals in postnatal ontogenesis, depends on their ability to digest and assimilate food. Therefore, increasing the growth rate of heifers 2 led to the need for greater internal use of feed, which resulted in increasing their digestibility coefficients of nutrients intake. Thus, increasing the level of fat in the heifers rations to 4,5% of the dry matter, helping to accelerate their growth and development and improves the digestibility of nutrients, which makes this the optimum level of body fat, body fat 3,5% - insufficient, and the fat level of 5,4% - redundant.

Abstract: In the conditions of more and more of the continuing technogenic and anthropogenous pollution of the environment one of the factors that reduce the environmental load on the human organism and animals, are natural zeolites. They possess a unique combination of adsorption, ion exchange, catalytic, detoxificating, deodorizing and renewal of the properties. The properties of zeolite tuff allow to use them with high performance in many sectors of the national agriculture, including as components of fill a gap in the mineral deficiency in the overall balance of local fodder resources. The use of zeolites in the poultry industry with account of natural zoning helps to reduce the degree of environmental risk of ecological and geographic reasons the incidence of human and animals.
The objective is to assess micromorpholodgy of liver, stomach and intestine in broilers in the conditions of appointment of natural zeolites «Shatrashanit» and «Permait».
A series of scientific and laboratory experiments with use 60 chickens-broilers is carried out. Broilers in the first group (the control) with the 7 - to 56-day age (duration of studies) contained on the main diet. The second group of cockerels on the background of the main diet fed «Shatrashanit» Tatar-Shatrashanski field of the Republic of Tatarstan; the third group - «Permait» Alatyr field of the Chuvash Republic in the dose of 2 % by weight of the dry matter feed ration every day until the end of the observations. We have determined histologic structure of the liver, stomach and intestines with decapitate cockerels in 56-day age, according to generally accepted in histology modern methods.
It is established, that feeding of the broilers with the main diet of natural minerals «Shatrashanit» and «Permait» was accompanied by a significant stimulation of structural and functional organization of the liver, stomach and intestines. When a morphophysiological this effect was more pronounced in the context of cockerels natural zeolite «Permait».
Thus, the appointment of broiler natural zeolites «Shatrashanit» and «Permait» was accompanied by the formation and development of morphophysiological status of the liver, stomach and intestines.

Abstract: Necessary for animals minerals are divided into two groups: macro-and micronutrients. By macronutrients include calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, chlorine, and sulfur. A trace element - chromium, cobalt, copper, iodine, iron, manganese, molybdenum, nickel, selenium and zinc. Are one of the leading zinc (Zn), iron (Fe) and copper (Cu), and others.
In our country are experimenting with the use of hormonal substances of nature, synthesized by endocrine cells of the intestine, stomach and pancreas. This polypeptide, which control the amount of digestive enzymes that regulate the processes of absorption, membrane digestion, motility and secretion of the stomach and pancreas. Domestic and foreign scientists proved that the mineral complexes with organic compounds have a much greater bioavailability for animals than their predecessors - the macro and mikroelementarnye inorganic compounds.
In this paper we study the effect of a trace on the basis of L-aspartic acid on the morphological parameters of blood and microbiological condition of the contents of the rectum gilts, which allows you to increase livestock performance, and does not lead to higher prices for feed.
Part of the mineral complex L-aspartic acid alters intestinal pH to the acid side, resulting in increased resistance to unfavorable microflora. Studied the morphological parameters of blood of all experimental groups of pigs were within the physiological range, in accordance with their age.

Abstract: The article contains results of study experimentally chronic influence of 2,3,7,8 – tetrachlordibenzo-p-dioxin in slight doses on blood serum biochemical characteristics of sucking - pigs. Estimation of clinical status and definition of protein contain and its fractions, ferments activity, concentration of carbohydrates, protein and lipid metabolites was fulfilled. By results of researches was found out the clinical signs of intoxication that characterized of decreasing the consumption of fodder and water, general oppression, decreasing the movement activity at dioxin intoxication in doses of 1/400 LD50 and 1/600 LD50. The analysis of biochemical data showed oppression metabolic processes, function of organs and systems that characterized by alteration of biochemical profile, rise the activity some blood serum ferments. The poisoning of animals by dioxin in dose of 1/800 LD50 characterized by insignificant reducing of growth intensity without the development alteration in clinical status, the analysis of blood research results showed insignificant change of considering figures.

TEMPERATURE DYNAMICS OF SPORT HORSES’ ACUPUNCTURE POINTS DURING PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

Abstract: The purpose of the study is to research the effect of exercise on the temperature of the heart meridian acupuncture points of healthy sport horses and horses with cardiovascular disease. Electrocardiography was carried out by the computer electrocardiograph Polispektr 8/B. The acupuncture points (TA) was carried out by the unit of "Elite-4" and the temperature of the TA – by the thermovision camera  ThermoTracer TH9100SL. It was investigated three points of heart meridian: I Chien-yu is the point puncture of papulose bursa, II Xin-yu is the point of dewlap, III Chen-tso is the ventral point of the 6th intercostal space above the calcarine vein. Sick and healthy horses reacted to exercise differently. Firstly diseased animals’ temperature TA was higher by 0,5-0,7 °C at rest than healthy, whose TA response to active infarction showed increased temperature by 1-1,5 ° C after lynx. Diseased animals’ response on the part of TA appeared with a delay of 20-25 minutes, only after the canter, exceeding the figure of healthy horses by 1°C. Thus, TA temperature varied depending on the state of horses’ cardiovascular system. In healthy animals alone, it was not more than 31,5 °C, and patients’ temperature was about 32 °C. Healthy horses’ physical activity caused the ascent of TA to 32 °C for 10 minutes, and patients - up to 33 °C with a delay of 20-25 minutes. Evaluation of temperature TA trends of Chen-tso heart meridian is an additional method of the functional state characteristics of the sport horses’ myocardium. Tabl. 1. Ref. 2. Ill. 2.
