Abstract: The possible causes of fish kill in the water objects of the Republic of Tatarstan have been analyzed. Investigations of water samples selected from the water objects of the Republic have been carried out and results of ones are presented. An excess of nitrites, ammonium, phosphates, suspended solids and reduced levels of dissolved oxygen are found. Water samples had organoleptic deviations. It is found, that the main cause of mass fish kill in the water objects is the discharge of waste water containing large quantities of organic pollutants of different etiologies. Therefore, it is necessary to supervise the operation of the purification plants and discharge of waste water at different levels as the preventive measures of water pollution and, as a consequence, conservation of aquatic biodiversity.

Abstract: In the development of new drugs special attention is given to tests to determine the likelihood of their cytotoxicity effects. An important indicator of this process is the change of the mechanisms of normal tissue cell structures that maintain the balance of the antioxidant defense system.
In article experimentally well-founded material opening aspects of pharmacological efficiency of new combinations OmeCTCA+Ànilocainum+Polifloxacin (1:2:0,2). It is proved that the appointment of a seven-day combinations of OmeCTCA+Ànilocainum+Polifloxacin (1:2:0,2) at a dose of 25 mg/kg is not capable of inducing cytotoxicity in organs and tissues of animals, opposite improving the quality of the streaming of lipid peroxidation and preventing free-radical oxidation processes.
Use of the combinations OmeCTCA+Ànilocainum+Polifloxacin (1:2:0,2) in a dose of 25 mg/kg for seven days, increases the concentration of glutationperocsidasis in red blood cells of the experimental group of rabbits to 18,51±0,29 mkmol/ml/min (on 24,73% over the original value (14,84±0,42 mkmol/ml/min) and on 40,12% increase compared to the value of this index in the control group (13,21±0,11 mkmol/ml/min). Catalasis activity in the blood of rabbits of the experimental group increased to 37,03±0,28 mmol H2O2/l, whereas in the red blood cells of rabbits of the control group it was only 34,57±0,28 mmol H2O2/l, which is 6,64% lower than the values being compared. In conducting research also suggested improving the exchange of fat-soluble vitamins in the body of rabbits. Tocopherol and retinol concentration in the serum of rabbits treated with the combinations of OmeCTCA+Ànilocainum+Polifloxacin (1:2:0,2) in a dose of 25 mg/kg increased from 1,88±0,02 mkg/ml to 2,24±0,02 mkg/ml and from 0,23±0,01 mkg/ml to 0,43±0,02 mkg/ml, respectively.
The research results give reason to use the OmeCTCA+Ànilocainum+Polifloxacin (1:2:0,2) combinations in pathologies characterized by hypoxic events, as well as endogenous and exogenous intoxication with symptoms cytolisis characters.

Address: Chuvash State Agricultural Academy.

Abstract: The staff of the Chuvash state agricultural academy developed immunomodulators PS-6 and PS-7. These preparations possess a number of advantages, complex immunostimulating, antibacterial and antiviral action is basic of which.
For the purpose of test of safety of preparations their average lethal doses were defined, and the toxic influence caused by their overdose is estimated. Calculation of an average lethal dose carried out on rats by means of mathematical processing on Kerber's formula. At an assessment of the toxic influence caused by overdose, for a basis took recommended therapeutic and average lethal doses of preparations.
Average lethal doses of preparations PS-6 and PS-7 made 2,55 and 2,30 ml on 1 kg of live weight.
Preparations don't render expressed toxic impact on an organism of laboratory animals at single introduction in a dose in 6 times exceeding the therapeutic. At overdose in 9 and more times are capable to have the toxic influence which is expressing in decrease in impellent activity, lack of appetite, violation of structure of an integument in the form of allopetsiya and gemorragiya. These phenomena are reversible and don't cause the expressed complications and pathologies in an organism of animals.
Thus, results of researches on determination of toxic properties of preparations PS-6 and PS-7 testify to width of therapeutic action of studied immunomodulators.

Abstract: Steel alive diagnosis of human toxocarosis is practically impossible because of migrating character of larvaes. Leading method of diagnosis is immune diagnosis.
In adding to this method is suggested specific IgE method, revealing antigen and circulating antigens of spp. Toxocara in serum. The dynamic of this indicators can serve as an criterion for the effectiveness of specific therapy.
First of all the differential diagnosis is splendid with early forms of helmintiasis, such as ascariasis, strongyloidiasis, shistosomiasis, opistorchiasis.
Essencial moment in diagnosis of Toxocara is present  epidemic history of disease.
In this connection was developed more efficient way of diagnosis. It is coproscopy method of diagnosis of helmyntosis of carnivores.
It must reveal helmintological situation to appropriate treatment and preventive measures in the study of  sites.
As a result, new method has revealed   about 100% invasion of tested animals. In addition, our method is effective in revealing unfertilized eggs Toxoascaris leonine. Method of Fyulleborn is much less effective.
The developed method of diagnosis of helminth invation in carnivores is much more effective to compare with method of Fyulleborn.
As a result of helmyntoovoscope achievements, on practice have been dogs dewormed.

Address: The Tatar research Institute for Àgriculture of Russian Àgricultural Academy, Kazan.

Abstract: One of the main conditions to increase milk production and improve the efficiency of dairy cattle in our country is the qualitative improvement of the breed and the genetic potential of increasing productivity. At present, this can be achieved in addition to classical breeding, molecular breeding techniques, which today can identify animals with increased production and processing properties. By the authors  testing of the bulls-manufacture on genes-markers of milk production, such as the CSN3, PRL, DGAT1, LGB. Research has established that the desired genotype at CSN3BB had 6% of the total population, the gene PRLÂÂ only one animal - 1% for the gene butterfat DGAT1ÊÊ 4%, 44% gene LGBÂÂ. This report stresses the need for a selection marker, to identify animals with desirable genotypes on the marked genes, markers, to improve dairy cattle productivity and improve the quality of the milk.
In order to control the genetic diversity of dairy cattle breeding in leading the RT and effective use in the selection process, it is recommended to carry out the molecular genetic testing of dairy cattle on genes CSN3, PRL, DGAT1, and others for an objective assessment of the situation and genetic accumulation in herds of desirable complex genotypes that increase milk production and improve the quality of milk cows.

Abstract: Experiments on studying of preventive efficiency of a chemical preparation and fabric antigenes are spent on laboratory (white mice, white rats) and agricultural (sheep) of animals.
It is established, that the greatest radio protective activity preparation Ô-3 (sulfotozifan) possesses. At unitary hypodermic introduction to white mice of a preparation ñóëüôîòîçèôàí in a dose of live weight of 34 mg/kg for 2-4 days before external gamma irradiation in an is absolute-deadly dose are protected accordingly by 20, 60 and 80% of animals.
One of the early and expressed reactions of an organism on an irradiation was change of number of cages of white blood. On all extent of experiment at the irradiated rats that entered sulfotozifan and fabric preparations, reduction of quantity of leukocytes was observed, however at protected animals in all terms of experience it was above. Within the first days after an irradiation of change of quantity erythrocytes and concentration of haemoglobin were insignificant, during the period with 21 days changes from red blood had more expressed character. At the irradiated rats receiving sulfotozifan and fabric preparations, maintenance MDA in blood plasma was lower, than at not protected animals. The minimum of quantity of T-cages at animals of the given group is noted on 14 days - 13,8% (50% from level of the biological control). The minimum of quantity B-lymphocytes at animal skilled groups is noted on 7-14 days. After this with 21 days after an irradiation there is a restoration of V-cages on 22-55%.
Described in the literature and the property of some chemical compounds confirmed with us and fabric preparations to raise survival rate of animals at ionizing radiation influence allows to use them in a complex of actions protection.
