Abstract: The aim of the research is estimation of functional conditions of cells of mucosa and serosal cuticle in glandular stomach part in chickens experimentally infected with colibacillosis, using method of luminescent spectral analysis and elaboration of differential and diagnostic criteria for identification of colibacillosis at the early stages of its progress.
Experimental infection of chickens was made when they were two days old using field strain of bacteria Escherichia coli. Histologic specimens in glandular stomach part in baseline chickens, stained by   spirit  «Steins all» , were examined at the second day of life and at 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 days after infection. Luminescence intensity value was registered in blue and red spectral range and proportion factors of nucleic acids and proteins were determined according to obtained data in accordance with the developed methodology.
Using the method of luminescent spectral analysis, the way of factors determination of proportion of the nucleic acid and proteins in surface epithelium cells, interlobular connective tissue, alveolar glands epithelium and serosal cuticle in glandular stomach part in chickens the change of functional activity above mentioned cells at the various periods of life and disease in chickens` baseline was determined.
Proportion factors dynamic of nucleic acids and proteins in chickens’ baseline is within the even scale-up value of indicators by their age increasing that testifies to gradual increasing of cells` functional activity. The curve reflecting dynamics of proportion factors of the chickens in baseline includes increase and decrease in their values that reveals the changes of cells functional condition.
Differential and diagnostic criteria were worked out for identifying colibacillosis at the early stages using data of nucleic acid and proteins` proportion. Resulting data can be used at the development of fundamentally new approach to the problem of creation of modern diagnostic technologies, preventive measures and treatment of poultry infected with colibacillosis.

In connection with foregoing, in Institute organic and physical chemistry im. A.E. Arbuzova synthesized new tuberculostatic preparation - LINAROL-F1, which can be used as tuberculostatic of the facility in veterinary and medical practical person for preventive maintenance and treatments of the tuberculosis. The purpose of our studies was shown estimation embryotoxic and teratogenic actions new tuberculostatic preparation LINAROL-F1 with the result that it is installed that new tuberculostatic preparation - LINAROL-F1, introduced intragastral, in dose 1/10 from greatly introduced (400 mg/kgs masses of the body), during the whole pregnancy white rat, does not possess the embryotoxic and teratogenic action.

Abstract: Taimyr Peninsula is one of the most important points of the globe for conducting epizootiological observations of the state population of wild birds for many infectious diseases. This is due to the fact that nest on the peninsula of the numerous migratory birds in the Russian Federation.
In the 2005-2011 years. during the spring and fall migration, as well as during the breeding season in the Western Taimyr conducted a study on the epizootic situation of influenza A in a population of waterfowl subfamily Anserinae.
As a result of virological studies influenza A virus in cloacal samples from birds in the study group was not found.
Studies of blood serum with the antigen of the influenza virus H1 subtype H5 have shown that antibodies to these variants of the virus found in 96-100% of the birds. This indicates that the birds which nest in the summer on the Taimyr Peninsula, is actively involved in the circulation of influenza virus and can participate in its distribution in Eurasia.
Of interest is the monitoring of influenza A virus and antibodies to it, depending on the latitude of the habitat of various species of birds from southern latitudes (wintering) to the north (nesting).

DERIVATION OF MESENCHYMAL STEM CELLS FROM BONE MARROW FOR VETERINARY MEDECINE

Abstract: Stem cells from adult animals were produced using Balb/c white mice. The mice were euthanized using ether anesthesia. In sterile conditions mice tibia was removed and marrow was streamed out using saline solution and syringe with needle of 22-23 g and Disaggregation of marrow from small rodents tibia was performed using mechanic handling with a needle of 22-23 g with the subsequent washing at double consecutive centrifugation (200 g, 10 mines) in 5 ml normal saline solution free from Ca2} and Mg2t and further cell plating into growth media (Sanches-Ramos J., Song S. et. al., 2000; Kruglyakov P.V.et al., 2004). Marrow purification was performed using selective adhesion and cell subsequent proliferation in cultivation conditions (in growth media). All the media were introduced glutamine (2mM), antibiotics (Penicillin and streptomycin mixture 100 mkg/ml each). Optimal pH for cell growth was from 7, 2 to 7, 4 (media alkalization should be avoided); CO2 concentration is 5% in incubator. The investigation resulted in production of mesenchyme stem cell from Balb/c mice marrow. The obtained mice marrow cells were cultivated for two weeks, however, their further in-vitro maintenance was not useful because their frequent passages promote cell ageing and losing their capability to target differentiation.

Abstract: The data on the efficacy of drugs "Ilmetin" and "Enterosporin" in the gastro-intestinal diseases of newborn calves. The drug "Ilmetin" is a decoction of the bark of the American Vyazya (elm), which contains tannins, flavonoids, a large number of acids, sugars, the bark of this tree contain 50-54% lignin and 41-46% fat.
By the principle of analogies formed four groups of nine calves each: the first group were injected intraperitoneally with 25 ml of "Ilmetin", the second group of probiotic "Enterosporin" at a dose of 10 ml into the third group of "Ilmetin" with "Enterosporin" th in the same doses, the fourth served as a control group, this group of calves were treated according to the scheme adopted in the economy.
It is established that the drug "Ilmetin" has a stimulating effect on metabolic processes, increases the safety of the calves, normalizes hematological and biochemical indices of blood. The combined use of the drug "Ilmetin" with "Enterosporinom" increases its effectiveness.

Abstract: The article is devoted of application  mesenchymal stem cells for treatment the dogs with serious stages of herniation of the disk.
There are technique of a capture of a material and preparation of cells is described.
The article is devoted usage of mesenchymal allogeneic stem cells. Currently, the use of stem cells is one of the most promising directions in human medicine and animal species. Thre are not describe methods for improving stage in dogs with severe stages of the neurological deficit. The solution of this problem and has been for this study. In the experimental group had 12 dogs with a hernia in the Th12-L2, the control group (12 dogs) were the animals who, for one reason or another did not enter the cell. This article describes a method of taking material from the proximal epiphysis of the humerus, the preparation of cells. For a sampling of material used for the Jamshidi needle biopsy from the bone marrow. As the route of administration used intravenous and epidural routes of administration. Doses were administered cells - 500,000 cells / kg – i/v and 500,000 cells / kg epidural at the level of L7-S1. The introduction of the cells was carried out twice at an interval of 3 weeks. With this method indicated the absence of complications and side effects. Compared with the control group, in which the percentage of recovery was gait ability - 7% in the group with the use of mesenchymal stem cells gait was restored in 40% of dogs. The observation period - 6 months.

Abstract: We have studied a therapeutic efficiency of use of a preparation of "Floron" in treatment of the calfs sick with a nonspecific bronchopneumonia. Occurrence of disease in calf was accompanied the increase in number of leukocytes, fabric macrophages (monocytes) and unripe neutrophilis in blood testifies about to active reproduction of development of inflammatory process. EXPERIENCE OF APPLICATION OF THE PROBIOTIC ADDITIVE TO THE FORAGE «BATSELL», AT CULTIVATION OF YOUNG GROWTH QUAIL

Abstract: The purpose of our work was determination of zootechnical, veterinary and economic feasibility of application of a probiotic «Batsell» at cultivation of quail.
Researches are carried out on JSC «Vurnarskaya incubator-poultry-farming station» of the Chuvash Republic in 2010-2011. The young growth of a bird of breed the Pharaoh of daily age was object of research. In skilled group to a forage of birds added 0,2 % of a probiotic from weight of dry compound feed within 40 days.
Researches showed that in skilled group of birds for the 14th days bactericidal activity of blood was higher for 4,74 % in comparison with control group, lizotsimny and fagotsitarny – 5,23 and 4,81 % (Ð<0,05), for the 28th days - 5,34, 6,11, 6,36 % (Ð<0,05-0,01), for the 56th days - 6,12, 6,98, 6,93 % (Ð<0,01) respectively.
The most intensive growth was observed at birds of skilled group on 21, 35, 42, 49, the 56th days for 3,71-5,53 % (Ð<0,05-0,01) in comparison with control group.
In control group of birds safety made 95,0 %, and in skilled group - 97,5 % (Ð<0,01). Economic efficiency on 1 ruble of expenses made 3,6 ruble.
Thus, for the purpose of activization of nonspecific resistance, increase of meat efficiency at young growth of birds, and also increases of their safety we recommend to use a pro-biotic preparation «Batsell».

MORPHOLOGICAL AND PHYSICO-CHEMICAL INDICATORS OF BLOOD OF THE COWS WHEN USING BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE ADDITIVE “GUMIFIT” IN THEIR DIET

Abstract: We were studying morphological and physico-chemical indicators of cows blood when using biologically active food additive “Gumifit” in their diet.
Into the diet of the cows of the experimental group the preparation “Gumifit”  was included during all the period (7 months – stable period) 0,15 ml/kg of weight every day. The composition of additives include biological active compounds of the complex humic (humic acids, fulvic acids, melanoiidiny), amino acids (lysine, methionine, proline, leucine, threonine, serine, etc.), low molecular weight carboxylic acids (oxalic, succinic, salicylic, cinnamic, etc. ), carbohydrates (D-glucose, D-galactose, xylose, mannose, etc.), macro-and microelements (calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, silicon, aluminum, copper, selenium, cobalt, iodine, etc.).
The increase in hemoglobin in the blood of experimental cows compared to controls was 6-7.5%, red blood cells - 5,5-9,2%, white blood cells - 3.3 - 5.1%. In terms of leukocyte counts of deviations from the physiological groups were observed.
The content of total protein in the blood serum of cows fed diets containing biologically active supplement "Gumifit" within seven months of the experiment was in the range 82,3 ± 0,6 - 85,6 ± 0,6 g / l. In control animals, the figure was 78,9 ± 0,2 - 85,1 ± 0,5 g / l. A significant increase of total protein in the blood serum of experimental cows were observed in the third month of experience, continued until the end of the study and was 1.5 - 7.3%. It was also an increase in gamma-globulins in the 2,4-10,2%. Change the content of albumin, alpha-and beta-globulins were less pronounced.
The content of glucose in the blood of experimental cows during seven months of research ranged from 2,86 ± 0,04 to 3,03 ± 0,01 mmol / l in the blood of control animals, 2,67 ± 0,02 - 2,85 ± 0 , 03 mmol / l. The excess of the rate in experience over the control sostovlyaet 2,1-9,4%.
With the introduction of the diet of cows feeding the drug "Gumifit" calcium in the blood during the experiment was in the range 2,68 ± 0,03 -2,82 ± 0,03 mmol / l in the control animals this figure was 2,66 ± 0 , 03 -2,75 ± 0,04 mmol / l.Prevyshenie of calcium in the blood of experimental control over the cow was 1,5-5,2%
The content of inorganic phosphorus in the peripheral blood of cows, diets containing the drug "Gumifit" more than the same period by 1.2 -8.7%.
Consequently, the use of the diet of lactating cows during the stabling period of biologically active food supplement "Gumifit" a daily dose of 0.15 ml / kg body weight contributes to sustained stimulation of hematopoiesis, protein, carbohydrate and mineral metabolism.

It is set that the flow of Escherichia infection on a background radiogenic stress is characterized by aggravating of infectious process, attended with insufficiency of the system of the antioxidant defence, conditioned by the uncompensated operating on the cellular membrane of toxic foods of peroxide oxidization of lipids, defiant hypofunction of organs of immunogemopoeza, promoting, the same, to the increase of activity opportunistic bacterial endo- and ekzomikroflory, resulting in development septic form of Escherichia infection.

Abstract: Domestic yaks are adapted to survival in harsh climates, undemanding in terms of keeping and feeding, can use the pastures inaccessible to other types of pets, which allows minimal material cost to get an inexpensive clean and high quality products.
The material for the study were the gonads of embryos from 3 and 3 prefetal yak. The fence material is produced on Kultukskom meat factory, the material was fixed in 10% neutral formalin solution. Age of embryos and prefetal determined by worksheet Vasiliev KA
In embryos yak 20-23 day-old embryo gonads are valikovidnoy forms on the ventral surface of the mesonephros.
