DIVISION OF ISOENZYMES OF THE ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE OF WHEY OF BLOOD OF DOGS BY THE METHOD OF THE PRECIPITATION WITH THE WGA (Testing of obtained fractions for resistance to warming and inhibition by a levamisole)

Address: 1. Ñhair the common and a specialty surgery of the St.-Petersburg academy of veterinary medicine.
2. Institute of biology of the Karelian Centre of science of the Russian Academy of sciences.

Abstract: In paper a findings of investigation on division of isoenzymes of an alkaline phosphatase of whey of blood of dogs by a method of a precipitation by an agglutinin from germs of wheat presented. Researches have shown, that at machining by WGA of wheys of the blood obtained from dogs with diseases of a liver: in a upsetting the ALP responsive to inhibition by the Levamisole and heat-sensitive is taped, and in the Supernatant fraction the ALP responsive to inhibition by the Levamisole and weakly heat-sensitive is taped. Properties of the ALP detected in the Supernatant, to the greatest degree conformed to LALP isoenzyme, and properties of the ALP detected in a upsetting to the greatest degree conformed to BALP isoenzyme. However, division was not complete. At machining by WGA of wheys of the blood obtained from dogs with gyperadrenokortitsizm, in a upsetting it is taped ALP with low responsive to inhibition by the Levamisole and with low sensitivity to inhibition by warming. And, in the supernatant the ALP having medium sensitivity to warming, but tall resistance to inhibition by the Levamisole is taped. Properties of the ALP detected in a upsetting precisely conformed to CALP isoenzyme. While, properties of the ALP detected in the supernatant conformed to  LALP isoenzyme, only, on sensitivity to warming.
