PATOMORFOLOGICAL CHANGES IN ORGANS OF SHEEP AFTER PNEUMOVIRUS INFECTIONS AND RADIOACTIVE RADIATIONS

Abstract: At pathomorphological histological research of internals of fallen experimental animal in all experiments were found, that sheep and lambs infected with pneumoviruses as: Parainfluenza-3, Adenoviridae, RDI at additional infection with radioactive substances, infectious process increases up to 2-5 and more times depending on irradiation doze. The immunity of sheep and iambs decreased causing the reproduction of viruses and in acute cases animals are lost, but in low forms of virus reproduction disease transformed to chronic form.

Address: Federal Centre of Toxicological and Radiative Safety of Animals, Kazan.

Abstract: The analysis clinico-epizootologic situations on a clamidiosis of agricultural animals in a zone of the Average Volga region and Preduralja on has confirmed an etiological role of chlamydias in disease of a horned cattle and sheep with clinically expressed abortions, a birth of dead and weak calfs and lambs. Preventive vaccination in a current of 6-7 years against a clamidiosis livestock and a small cattle in a combination to medical and veterinarno-sanitary measures led to depression of a case rate and destruction of animals from an infection and promoted to stabilisation epizootologic to a situation.

PRIMATY HEMOSTASIS AT HERNIOTOMY IN PIGS AND ITS CORRECTION WITH ACELYSIN

Authors: Rublenko M.V.; Andriiets V.G.

Address: Belotserkovs National Agrarian University, Ukraine.

Abstract: The primary hemostasis in pigs with restrained and intravaginal umbilical hernia after herniotomy was investigated. Established that in pigs suffering from gernias appear activation of platelet aggregation under impact of natural inductors aggregation - ADP and collagen. It was proved that platelets has important role in the initiation and maintenance of the inflammatory response in the postoperative period due to the substantial strengthening of the platelets adhesion and aggregation induced by ADP and collagen which has a negative impact on the microcirculation of injured tissues. There were showed principles of competitive interactions between the common receptors of ristotsetin and collagen-induced aggregation in pigs. The efficiency of correction of pigs’ primary hemostasis in the postoperative period by anti-platelet and anti-inflammatory drug “Acelys³n” was grounded.

Address: Sankt-Petersburg State Academy of Veterinary Medicine.

Abstract: Frequency of post-natal endometritis in cows at milk farms is directly connected with violations of rules and norms of zoo hygiene, and as a result animals organism defensive forces decreasing, which leads to abnormal graviditas flow, complications in birth period, development of inflammatory processes in cows genitals, increasing expenses for holding and treating, production prime cost increasing and often leads to cow rejection.

EVALUATION OF POULTRY RESISTANCE TO MIXED INVASION

Authors: Bayramov S.; Bagirova M.

Abstract: It is investigated the monosytogams of birds of different age groups in norm and at mixed invasion. Researches have shown that the ratio of groups of monocytes at mixed invasion sharply varies in comparison with norm, accordingly monocytograms at associative streaming of illness is oppressed, i.e. natural resistance of an organism goes down.
