Title: | MORPHOLOGY OF RETICULOEPITHELIAL CELLS IN BURYAT ECOTYPE YAK |
Authors: | Tsybikova R. |
Address: | Buryat State Agricultural Academy named after prof. Philppov. |
Abstract: | Using electron microscopy we studied the ultrastructure of reticuloepithelial cells within yak’s lifespan. We observed that the epithelial cells of thymus were immature at the first stage of prenatal ontogenesis but they showed activity at the late stage. Three active forms of the epithelial cells were found in thymus of newborn yak. First changes of cells were established at 6 old aged animals. At later stages the cellular damages were found in these cells. |

Abstract: | Nine species of helminthes are found out in cattle gastrointestinal tract which are belong to 8 generations. The highest indexes on extensity and intensity of invasion by Nematodirus helvetianus were - 29.3% -477 larvae/gr respectively. For the first time 2 species were found out - Nematodirus helvetianus è Haemonchus contortus. At coproscopy the average extensity and intensity of invasion were 59,4% and 68,9 larvae/gr respectively. At larvoscopy the average extensity and intensity of invasion were 72,8% and 83,9 larvae/gr. |

Title: | THE FUNCTIONING OF IMMUNE SYSTEM OF CATTLE, UNDER DIFFERENT TECHNOLOGIES OF THEIR GROWING |
Authors: | Ivanov V.I.; Kosterin D.Y. |
Address: | Ivanovo State Agricultural Academy. |
Abstract: | In this work we try to use two different methods to prove the best way of cattle growing. You can see, that we are using «the common method of catle growing» (but this method is really old, we just need something new) and «the cold method» (that's new). When we are testing «the cold method» of mixing grass. That's the final conclusion of this «cold method». All the next preparations are the same, as you know. |
