Abstract: We describe an original method of quantification admixtures of cell culture genomic DNA in vaccine substances by polymerase chain reaction in real time. Beta-actine gene has been chosen as a target for the reaction. In compliance to World Health Organization regulations, sensitivity of the novel method exceeds 10 ng per dose of a vaccine preparation. This is a threshold concentration below which the genomic DNA of the immortalized cell culture does not exhibit carcinogenicity in human.

Abstract: In work results of finding more perfect antibrucellosis vaccines for cattle and small cattle. High immunologic efficiency of live vaccine from strain B.abortus 82 was confirmed in experiments on laboratory animals and cattle. Increased immunogenicity of strains B.abortus 82-RTr (resistant to rhifampicyn and tetracycline) and 82-PS (sensitive to penicillin) at inoculation with immunomodulators polioxidonium, sodium thiosulfate, tumor necrosis factor - beta (TNF-?) and larifan on guinea pigs and also weak agglutinogenicity and expressed immunological activity of live and gamma-inactivated vaccines from strain B.abortus 82 on guinea pigs and sheep was established.
