IMMUNOBIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF INACTIVATED EMULSION VACCINE AGAINST INFECTIOUS BURSAL DISEASE

Authors: A.V. Seliverstov; V.N. Kuznetsov; A.V. Borisov.

Address: Federal Centre for Animal Health (FGI ARRIAH), Vladimir.

Abstract: Inactivated emulsion vaccine against infectious bursal disease developed at the FGI ARRIAH has been tested for immunobiological characteristics. The vaccine has high antigenic activity for chickens of various age groups, it is innocuous when injected at higher doses. Long-term stability of its physicochemical properties when retaining immunobiological characteristics has been demonstrated. The dynamics of humoral antibody formation and immunity level have also been studied.
The vaccine is a safe biopreparation with high antigenic activity and capable of inducing long-lasting immunity when retaining high level all poultry life.

BIOCHEMICAL BLOOD PARAMETERS OF PUREBRED AND CROSSBRED PIGS

Authors: ..Krishtop.

Address: The Don State Agrarian University.

Abstract: Purebred and crossbred pigs differ elevated protein lipid metabolism, enzymatic and hormonal activity in the serum. Such indicators as the level of total protein, ASAT, AIAT, creatine kinase, levels of cortisol and adrenaline in the blood can serve as objective markers of meat productivity, especially in the 3 month old. The most distinct differences depending on the state of meat quality observed for the activity of creatine kinase and cortisol in blood serum.

Keywords: KEYWORDS: the protein and lipid metabolism, the fermentative activity, cortisol (hydrocortisone), adrenaline.
