Authors: | A.V. Seliverstov; V.N. Kuznetsov; A.V. Borisov. |
Address: | Federal Centre for Animal Health (FGI “ARRIAH”), Vladimir. |
Abstract: | Inactivated emulsion vaccine against infectious bursal disease developed at the FGI ARRIAH has been tested for immunobiological characteristics. The vaccine has high antigenic activity for chickens of various age groups, it is innocuous when injected at higher doses. Long-term stability of its physicochemical properties when retaining immunobiological characteristics has been demonstrated. The dynamics of humoral antibody formation and immunity level have also been studied. The vaccine is a safe biopreparation with high antigenic activity and capable of inducing long-lasting immunity when retaining high level all poultry life. |
