Abstract: | Dimethylpyrazolylselenid (DMDPS) concerns to low dangery to substances (4 class of danger). ËÄ50 for white mice and white rats at unitary intragastic introduction of a preparation makes accordingly 5800,0 and 8079,0 mg / kg of weight of a body, and at intraperitoneally – 527,5 and 920,0 mg / kg of weight of a body. Application DMDPS within 30 days in dozes 1/50 and 1/10 LD50 per os and intramuscularly does not influence essentially clinical-physiological parameters of experimental animals (a gain of weight of a body, morphological and biochemical parameters)and haemotology a liver, kidneys and a spleen. |

Abstract: | This report contains a general characteristic of needleless method of immunization of animals and discusses its advantages as compared to routine methods of vaccine preparation injection. Some comparative experimental data on the efficacy of the needleless immunization method applied for injection of an inactivated oil vaccine against infectious bovine rhinotracheitis to calves and a viral vaccine against classical swine fever to pigs are represented. The vaccine preparations as inoculated to animals using the needleless methods are shown to be highly immunogenic and innocuous. |

Abstract: | The bronchopneumonia of calves is accompanied by a cardiopulmonary syndrome. The degree of leucocytes sensibilization to the pulmonary antigenes increased in the course of the disease. At the start of the study a high autoantibody titer was observed. The dynamics of the antibody formation indicated the elimination of the affected tissue of the lungs and the chronization of the bronchopneumonia in calves. |

Abstract: | The present work’ purpose was antiulcerogenous influence estimation "polyplant-K" at the white rats’ stomach wall ulcer damage by the Okabe’s et al. It has been revealed that the researched remedy has gastroprotective action which is realized in the ulcer destructions’ number and area decrease, the biochemical parameters and morphological parameters’ majority expressive action is marked, which are researched in the stomach ulcer development dynamics. The extract raises the antioxidant protection of the organism, enlarges the acids forming and ferment forming functions of the stomach, saves the defensive layer slime. The wall of the stomach and the blood whey authentic malonow dialdegyde decrease is observed, that allows to make a conclusion of the antioxidant influence contribution as one of the antiulceral action mechanism of this medicinal product. |
